Samer Zoabi – Civil Engineer, graduate of the Technion, specializes primarily in civil engineering, with a focus on road engineering. In addition to his studies in transportation and construction, he received training in quality control and additional professional training from the Israeli Standards Institute. Regardless of being a civil engineer, Samer Zoabi has also been appointed as a senior editor in quality assessments and as an expert on behalf of the Israeli Institute, aiming to become a first-class civil engineer.

Samer Zoabi has also undergone several professional training courses, starting with real estate training at Bar Ilan University and completing a training course in quality control. He now holds a certificate in management systems and quality control. His role as a civil engineer has involved managing a variety of development and construction projects, working as a construction engineer for residential units, and participating in transportation infrastructure development. Since 1998, Samer Zoabi has been the chief transportation engineer and owner of a traffic and transportation engineering office, specializing in managing and supervising various state road projects.
